Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. Your session is not officially confirmed until the required retainer and any required booking documents have been completed. The remaining balance is due by the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the session or delay in image delivery. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Retainers are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours' notice. With proper notice, your retainer may be transferred to one new session date within three months of the originally scheduled date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours' notice may require a new retainer. Clients are encouraged to arrive 5–10 minutes before their scheduled session, fully prepared and camera-ready when applicable. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival may reduce the amount of photography time available and does not guarantee an extension of the session. Image Delivery: Following your session, Louis Lens Photography will provide a culled online gallery for image selection when applicable. Final professionally edited images are delivered according to the turnaround time associated with the service booked. Turnaround times may vary by session type. The number of professionally edited images included is determined by the package or service purchased. Additional edited images may be available for purchase. If Louis Lens Photography must cancel or reschedule a session, the client will be contacted regarding available options. By booking with Louis Lens Photography, the client acknowledges and agrees to the applicable booking policies.
