Each experience includes a 30-minute guided portrait session, 1 look, up to 6 people, a private preview gallery, and 5 professionally edited images of your choice.

Who can book a Holiday Portrait Experience?
Holiday Portrait Experiences are designed for families, couples, children, maternity, and individuals.
How many people can be included?
Each experience accommodates up to 6 people. Groups of 7 or more may contact Louis Lens Photography about a Full Portrait Experience with additional time and flexibility.
Can we change outfits?
Holiday Portrait Experiences include 1 look and do not include outfit changes. Please arrive fully dressed and camera-ready.
What happens if we are late?
Late arrival reduces your photography time and does not extend your session. Arrivals 20 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will result in forfeiture of the session.
Can I reschedule or transfer my reservation?
Holiday Portrait Experiences are limited, date-specific sessions. Payments are non-refundable and may not be transferred to another date, location, or photography service.
When will we receive our images?
Your private preview gallery will be delivered within 4 days. Once your selections are submitted, your professionally edited images will be delivered within 72 hours.
Can I purchase additional images?
Yes. Additional professionally edited images are available for $20 per image.
What if my preferred appointment time is unavailable?
Please reach out to inquire about additional availability. While another time cannot be guaranteed, we’ll be happy to let you know if one can be accommodated.
