Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. If a client chooses to cancel, the retainer is non-refundable. However, with at least 72 hours’ notice, the retainer may be applied toward a future session within three months of the original scheduled date. All remaining balances are due by the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon. Any location fees, permits, or admission costs are the responsibility of the client. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
