Service Description
The Evergreen Christmas is a warm, thoughtfully styled portrait experience created for families, couples, children, maternity, and individuals who want timeless Christmas imagery with an elevated feel. 30-minute styled Christmas portrait experience created especially for Central Florida families, with warm, timeless holiday styling. Your Experience Includes: 30-Minute Portrait Experience One Look Up to 6 People Guided Posing & Direction Private Preview Gallery Within 4 Days 5 Professionally Edited Images Final Images Delivered Within 72 Hours of Your Selections Additional professionally edited images may be purchased for $20 each.
Cancellation Policy
Holiday Portrait Experiences are limited, date-specific sessions. A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your appointment. Your session is not confirmed until the required payment has been received. Because these experiences are offered on select dates with pre-reserved studio time, all retainers and payments are non-refundable. Holiday session payments may not be transferred to another date, location, or photography service. Clients are encouraged to arrive 5–10 minutes before their scheduled appointment, fully dressed and camera-ready. Sessions begin and end promptly at the reserved time. Late arrival will reduce the amount of photography time available and will not extend the scheduled session. Clients arriving 20 minutes or more after their scheduled start time will forfeit their session due to insufficient remaining photography time. Each Holiday Portrait Experience includes a 30-minute portrait session, 1 look, up to 6 people, and 5 professionally edited images. Outfit changes are not included. A variety of poses and groupings will be photographed as time allows. A private preview gallery will be delivered within 4 days of your session. This gallery will include the best images from your portrait experience for you to review and select your favorites. Your experience includes 5 professionally edited images of your choice. Once your final selections have been submitted, your selected images will be professionally retouched and delivered within 72 hours. Additional professionally edited images may be purchased for $20 per image. The preview gallery is provided for viewing and image selection. Holiday Portrait Experiences accommodate up to 6 people. Groups of 7 or more should contact Louis Lens Photography for information about a full Portrait Experience with additional time and flexibility. If Louis Lens Photography must cancel or reschedule a Holiday Portrait Experience, affected clients will be contacted regarding the available options for their reservation. By reserving a Holiday Portrait Experience, the client acknowledges and agrees to these booking terms.
